Privacy Notice
Courtesy translation. This is an English rendering of a notice issued under Mexican law. The Spanish version is the binding text and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
1. Identity and address of the data controller
Front Media, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "the Controller"), with its address at Paseo de los Laureles 398, Bosques de las Lomas, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on March 20, 2025, together with its Regulations and other applicable provisions.
Metrix is a platform operated by the Controller. This notice governs the processing of personal data collected through the site metrix.com.mx and its associated contact channels.
2. Personal data collected
The Controller processes the following categories of personal data, obtained directly from you when you contact us or request a demonstration:

The Controller does not collect sensitive personal data —data that may reveal racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions or sexual preference— nor property or financial data through this site.
Nor is data collected from minors. The site is directed exclusively at adults acting in a professional capacity.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1 Primary purposes
These are necessary for our relationship with you and do not require your additional consent:
- To respond to your request for a demonstration, information or a quotation.
- To communicate with you in order to follow up on that request.
- To prepare commercial proposals and, where applicable, to formalize the contractual relationship.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
- To maintain the security and correct operation of the site.
3.2 Secondary purposes
These are not necessary for our relationship with you, and you may refuse them without that refusal affecting the handling of your request:
- Sending informational and commercial communications about the Controller's services.
- Invitations to events, seminars and presentations.
- Preparation of internal statistics and market research.
How to refuse the secondary purposes. If you do not wish your data to be used for the purposes set out in section 3.2, send an email to contacto@metrix.com.mx with the subject "Refusal of secondary purposes", stating your full name and the email address from which you contacted us. Your refusal will be processed within a maximum of five business days and will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.
4. ARCO rights
You have the right to know what personal data of yours we hold, what we use it for and the terms of that use (Access); to request the correction of your information when it is out of date, inaccurate or incomplete (Rectification); to have it removed from our records when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles and duties imposed by the applicable rules (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).
4.1 How to exercise them
Send your request to contacto@metrix.com.mx or to the address given in section 1, including:
- The full name of the data subject and a means of communicating our response.
- A copy of valid official identification establishing your identity; if acting through a representative, the document establishing that representation.
- A clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which you seek to exercise one of the ARCO rights.
- Any element or document that helps locate the data.
- In the case of rectification, the requested change and the documentation supporting it.
4.2 Time limits
The Controller will communicate its determination within a maximum of twenty business days from receipt of the request. Where the request is granted, it will be given effect within the following fifteen business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period where the circumstances of the case so justify. Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge; only justified shipping or reproduction costs must be covered.
5. Withdrawal of consent
You may at any time withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, through the same channel indicated in section 4.1. We may be required by law to continue processing certain data; in that case we will inform you, stating the legal basis and the retention period.
6. Limiting the use or disclosure of your data
In addition to the above channels, you may request in writing to be entered on the Controller's exclusion list, so as to stop receiving commercial communications. You may also register with the Public Consumer Registry of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
7. Transfers of personal data
The Controller does not sell, assign or trade your personal data.
Your data may be passed to technology service providers acting as processors on the Controller's behalf —in particular, cloud infrastructure and email services— exclusively for the purposes described in this notice and under contractual confidentiality obligations. Such remittances do not require your consent.
Outside the cases provided for in the applicable rules, no transfers of your personal data to third parties will be made without your consent.
8. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
This site is static and does not use tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. It loads typefaces from the Google Fonts service, which means that your browser makes a request to Google servers and that Google may record your IP address in accordance with its own policies.
If measurement tools are incorporated in the future, this notice will be updated and you will be informed before they are implemented.
9. Security measures
The Controller has implemented administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing. The site operates over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
10. Changes to this notice
This privacy notice may be amended as a result of changes in the applicable rules, in our privacy practices or in our business model. Any amendment will be published at this same address: metrix.com.mx/en/privacy-notice.html, indicating the date of the last update. We recommend that you consult it periodically.
11. Competent authority
If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been infringed, you may apply to the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, through the decentralized body Transparencia para el Pueblo, which assumed these powers as of March 21, 2025.
